When people drop the ball and don’t make their commitments, even though we have the best intentions, that task or favor still doesn’t get done and others pay for it. No matter how good our intentions are, it doesn’t magically make falling short on a commitment any better.
Over the last several months since we launched our beta for FYIndOut, I’ve done my best to reach out and try various groups and networking events within the Chicago community with the focus on building our network and meeting other Chicago startups. Here are some that we find beneficial.
Long story, short; designers are digging their own holes when they talk down to businesses. Keep your arguments above the belt and you’ll have a much better chance at making your point.
